top-coded:
For data recorded in groups, e.g. 0-20, 21-50, 50-100, 101-and-up, we do not
know the average or distribution of the top category, just its lower bound and
quantity. That data is "top-coded." We may adjust for it by scaling up the
top-code and calling that the average.
